The 12-acre Goodyear Park and Ride, conveniently located on Cornerstone Boulevard, just west of Dysart Road on the north side of Interstate 10, features more than 400 covered parking stalls, restrooms, and a commuter room to wait for your car pool partner or employer shuttle.
The Park and Ride is the departure point for Valley Metro Route 562 non-stop bus service between Goodyear and Phoenix: three outbound trips, three inbound trips, Monday through Friday. Another option is Express Route 563 at the nearby Avondale Park and Ride just off of I-10, on Avondale Boulevard and Roosevelt Street. Full fare for service is: one ride for $3.25 or an all-day pass for $6.50. A monthly pass costs $104.00. Locations to purchase fare cards can be found online at www.valleymetro.org
Local Bus Routes Serving Goodyear:
Route 17: From PebbleCreek Parkway/McDowell Road to Pima Road/McDowell Road, Weekdays and Saturdays.
Route 3: From 4th Street/La Canada Blvd to Van Buren Street/Galvin Parkway (Phoenix Zoo), Weekdays and Saturdays.
Zoom Route: The Avondale ZOOM neighborhood circulator connects Goodyear, Avondale and Tolleson providing transportation to local destinations for $0.50 per ride. In Goodyear the route operates between the Goodyear Community Park North to 136th Dr. and McDowell Rd. The Circulator operates Monday-Friday from 5am-9pm and Saturday from 6am-6pm. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transportation:
Goodyear contracts through the City of Phoenix to provide residents with a Dial-A-Ride Service. This service is in compliance with federal regulations. The City of Goodyear offers ADA Service to eligible persons who, because of a disability, cannot use Valley Metro fixed-route bus service.
