17-220-00006 – Residential Districts Update
Proposes three new single family districts including court home, attached, and 45’ wide lot. Also proposes an amendment to revise the minimum lot width of the R1-6 district from 60’ to 55’ wide. In addition, the amendment includes creating performance standards generally related to Amenities, Connectivity, and Streetscape Enhancements.
