Land Use Assumptions (LUA) and Infrastructure Improvements Plan (IIP) Update

In accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes 9-463.05, the city of Goodyear is beginning the process to update its Development Impact Fees.  The first part of the process requires an update of the LUA and IIP.  The city hired Raftelis Financial Consultants to develop the update, which can be viewed by clicking the following link:

The public hearing scheduled for May 21 was cancelled to allow for additional public input.  The city held two meetings to discuss the draft report and based on feedback from those meetings, the city has adjusted the schedule to include an additional three meetings.  Meeting details are available at the following link:

Goodyear Development Impact Fees - Effective August 1, 2014

The City of Goodyear has three development impact fee zones within the City.  Utility Development Fees are Based on Water Meter Size.

North Zone North of I-10

Central Zone - I-10 to the Gila River

South Zone - Gila River to Pecos
