Proposed Development Impact Fees

In accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes 9-463.05, the City of Goodyear is holding a public hearing to accept comments on proposed development impact fees.  The public hearing will be at the City Council Regular Meeting scheduled:

Monday, December 3, 2018 at 6:00pm

Proposed Fees

City Council adopted the Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvements Plan Report on Monday, October 22, 2018.  The report can be viewed by clicking the following link:

Following the December 3, 2018 public hearing, City Council will act on the adoption of the proposed impact fees at the City Council Regular Meeting scheduled January 14, 2019.  The city anticipates implementing the new fees effective April 1, 2019.

Goodyear Development Impact Fees - Effective August 1, 2014

The City of Goodyear has three development impact fee zones within the City.  Utility Development Fees are Based on Water Meter Size.

North Zone North of I-10

Central Zone - I-10 to the Gila River

South Zone - Gila River to Pecos

IIP Minor Amendment - Minor Amendment to South Area Water Infrastructure Improvement Plan approved April 23, 2018.
