Goodyear residents: participate in satisfaction survey!
Goodyear officials want to hear what residents think of the city’s current services and solicit ideas for future needs.
Starting May 2, residents will be encouraged to take a short online survey – at goodyearaz.gov/residents/citizen-survey – to rank satisfaction and identify priorities for the city. The data collected in this ‘opt-in’ version will be used to complement a survey of 3,000 randomly selected residents that was conducted in April.
“It is really important that I hear directly from residents what they think of our services,” said Mayor Georgia Lord. “My fellow Council members and I will take this significant data that’s collected and use it to make decisions about city services and programs.”
Later this summer, staff and representatives from National Research Center – who is conducting the bi-annual survey – will present the results to Council.
